Meet The Bee

Ari’Anna “The Bee” Magee’s first attempt at entrepreneurship began in 2016 as a first-generation, unemployed college graduate. Although excited about earning her degree (especially from a HBCU), The Bee quickly realized that a degree alone was not all that was needed to succeed, nevertheless to make a comfortable living. Keeping in mind her strengths, she birthed a side hustle of doing research papers for people. The money was GREAT, but not at the expense of her mental health and let’s be honest, who wants to write papers for people for the rest of their lives. Seemingly stuck with a unique skillset that she was on the verge of retiring because she couldn’t immediately think of how to use such unique skills in a way that was both meaningful and financially rewarding, The Bee reinvented the wheel for herself and in 2020 began offering professional development services to assist aspiring professionals like herself with having the best employment odds through interview coaching and resume and cover letter development. In addition to improving employment odds for her clients, The Bee is passionate about business development and sustainability, educational attainment and entrepreneurship as they are gateways to financial freedom and lifelong success. Today, The Bee uses her educational background and experiences in psychology, education administration and economic development to assist businesses, employees, entrepreneurs and students with developing individualized business plans and success strategies that positively contribute to their financial freedom and longevity. She truly believes that no matter how, what, or where you have BEEN, there is already something on the inside of you that will allow you the opportunity to BE and BECOME better than before.
